This agreement is made on 10/07/2025 between TURNITINEXPERT and our client

1. Terms of Sale
   The Seller agrees to provide the Client with a Turnitin Instructor Account Subscription for a duration of one year, commencing on the date the account access is granted. The software will work from the day of the purchase till the end of one year.
2. Subscription Fee
   The Client agrees to pay a subscription fee of $49.99 USD to the Seller for the one-year access. Transactions can be made from any other currency provided the current exchange rate applies.
3. Delivery of Account Access
   The Seller guarantees to provide the Client with access credentials to the Turnitin Instructor Account from the time of payment till one year. Usually, the client gets the Turnitin account within the same day of purchase, mostly within 60 minutes after the payment has been confirmed.
4. Refund Policy
   The Seller offers a full refund of $49.99 USD if the Client does not receive access to the Turnitin Instructor Account as agreed upon. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Usually, there are no cases of refunds because delivery is guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibility
   The Client agrees to use the Turnitin Instructor Account in accordance with Turnitin’s terms and conditions. The Seller is not responsible for any misuse or violation of Turnitin’s policies by the Client.
6. Acceptance of Terms
   By signing (replying) this agreement, the Client confirms their understanding and acceptance of the terms stated above.
